* Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit and are inclusive of 6% GST.
* Tourism Tax are required to pay by CASH ONLY @ Reception upon arrival
* Full Refundable Security Deposit is required before deadine notice until the full settlement received for the booking. Cheque deposit
payment will only be accepted if payment received not less than seven (7) working days from arrival days, otherwise Deposit will be
strictly by cash. Copy of Refundable Security Deposit payment slip must be scanned and email to us for reference.
* Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until the above deadline given, Otherwise rooms are subject to availability unless it is
guaranteed by the efundable Advance Security Deposit request above.
* Full duration Cancellation Penalty will be imposed for last minute cancellation and will be deducted from the Refundable Security Depost.
