Nice hotel to stay. Nearby so many shoplot n public transport. Easy to access to Jalan TAR, SOGO. My kids love the pool.

Room condition is good. Location is strategic to reach nearby attraction in KL.

Clean and comfy..The staff are very polite

Most of the toilet for guest (not in the room) are not function.

Breakfast banyak pilihan.

The hotel is not so luxurious, room service is not so good. No bell option at the room door. Guards are good on their duty. No green red dots marks for differentiating the food option of veg/non veg. Good point is - Hotel staff can understand hindi as well Rooms are pretty well spacious and lighting. Toilet (tandas) are also good.

Staff lambat sediakan Cot n extra blanket. Towel lap kaki takde. Dulu tahun 2018 n 2019 saya pernah stay dua kali atau 3 kali. Then, sambal nasi lemak masih sama. Xda perubahan. Rasa kurang. Bau sambal mcm beli cili giling kat supermarket. Makanan semua masih sama.

The bathroom can’t lock for some reason and the system of putting the card in the elevator is quite tedious as I got stuck in there a few times. Other than that,it’s nearby the petronas twin towers which is nice and the breakfast is very good. Staffs are friendly and helpful too.

So far everything was good, the room, the staff, the food. Although it is old hotel but everything was fine.

The lift was quite difficult to locate from the parking area..the guest have to walk using outdoor walkway to enter the lobby..cleanliness quite ok, but there were rubbish under the bed..pool area and toilet at pool need to refurbished..no water level warning was placed at the pool..i encountered near miss drown incident..however there was a nice and new sauna..overall it was worth for money..staffs also friendly and helpful
