GOOD

Ok to stay, got car park for those who drive there (RM3 per stay). Location wise is ok, near lrt/monorail staion, walking distance from malls. The lift was fast, which is excellent. Room was okay but can be improved.. the hair dryer was not fully functioning (no hot air blown). The bathroom was a bit smelly.

Standard swimming pool. Clean and good service. Helping travellers,tour Pakage. Spa. Good food and views from rooms sea or anything but not buildings. Anyway, it's better than my home. Now I am staying in jalan Tanjuang Rhu.thanks.

I loved the lift. So fast. 10/10. Like clean, no carpet is old .new building development. Thanks

Environment near hotel is peaceful and safe with security staff always around. Manager of hotel, Mr Khai is very helpful and prompt in action in resolving issues as per request.

old style room. but good condition. this hotel situated close with many sidewalk stall and restaurant. easy for breakfast or dinner.

The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. Everything seemed to be okay. However, the foreign staff/guard at the front should speak more softly and politely when dealing with Grab riders. Even if the rider enters from the wrong direction or behaves improperly, the staff should still give instructions in a respectful manner, especially in front of customers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special mention to Mr. Habib, who is the most humble and helpful person I’ve met here. He was always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was guiding me, answering questions, or ensuring I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Service is quick, and the overall hospitality is excellent. Thanks to the friendly staff, my experience was smooth and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

We love the view from our window, room 2511. We love the room. Spacious and clean. The food was exceptionally delicious. We had tea and dinner at the coffee house and the fish and chips was simply marvelous. The apple crumble was the best I ever taste.
